I'd really like it if I got two things this time however I won't get my hopes up. It's cool.

But I have to apologize to someone else, I said I'd partake in their contest but I got swapped with heavy school work. At least they got a few other submissiosn so it wasn't all for naught.

It's very exciting to see Johnny Swell submit another Berrygirl cover, very good. I do hope we will be seeing more from him in the near future.

It's funny a year ago I was so optimistic about the future. Now I'm a tad more confused and cynical. I do try to figure out what I want to be in life. I do know I really like telling stories so I guess I should go for an English major too. Oh well I'll figure it out. Also what's worrying me is the current energy and possibly looming food crisis. But there is still hope, I mean finally there have been big strives for electric cars in the U.S. Even electric powered moving vans are coming out in some places. I do worry about Spain, I hope they work their trucker problem out.

And I've finally started on the second book of Avatar the Last Air Bender. A still most excellent show!

In a week I can finally get back to work on wrapping up A Visit to the Chocolate Factory. It certainly grew into a monster of a story. But I'm certainly proud of the monster. I'm also glad that someone spoke up and said they were not entirely pleased with a turn of events in that story. I do love feedback, negative or positive and they proclaimed it very politly. Fortunetly they're sticking around for the end.

And then I'll get back to more Wonky stories, promise. I'll even refresh you on what last happened: There's some tension between Kim and Susan due to an old mate of Susan's showing up, and even in the middle of a nice dinner too! Poor Kimmy. And also Rachel gave some potentially alarming news to her boy friend David.

Oooooh cue the soap opera music!

I just hope the next update won't be disappointing. It really wasn't supposed to be some kidn of 'I'm gonna draw it out!' thing.

Well, my dear friend Rachel will be moving up to Portland with her boyfriend soon. At least they promised to come down and take me out to my first bar on my soon coming 21st birthday (21st of July). I get lonely at times and my best friend is a month younger so I wouldn't be able to head out with him until August. Oh well that's life, you gotta do what you gotta do.

One more thing, I think I'll start gardening. We have a big back yard. I think I'll try growing tomatoes, potatoes, and corn. I think carrots are more Fally season aren't they?

Wish me luck on that! And also on this coming school week, blarge a summer class!
